Teucrium betonicum is a lovely evergreen shrub with attractive soft-felted and scallop-edged foliage growing happily in either full sun or dappled shade. Drought tolerant and easy care. If left unpruned this shrub can grow to 5' tall; but we cut it down to around 8" every year to create a small, compact mound. From Spring to Summer it produces masses of soft lilac-purple flower spikes.
